By accessing and using QRCodico ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Who Can Use QRCodico: • Anyone can use QRCodico for personal or commercial purposes • No account or registration required • Users under 13 should have parental consent • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

What QRCodico Provides:
QRCodico is a free, client-side QR code generator that allows you to: • Generate QR codes for URLs, text, WiFi credentials, email, phone numbers, and SMS • Customize QR codes with colors, gradients, patterns, and background images • Download QR codes as high-quality PNG images • Use all features without creating an account
How It Works: • All QR code generation happens in your browser (client-side) • Your content is never transmitted to our servers • No data storage or retention on our end • 100% free with no hidden fees or premium tiers
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content encoded in your QR codes. QRCodico does not monitor, review, or control QR code content since all generation happens client-side.
QRCodico's IP: • The QRCodico website, code, design, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws • We retain all rights to our software, graphics, and content • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our code without permission
Your QR Codes: • You own all rights to QR codes you generate • QRCodico claims no ownership over your content • You are free to use, modify, and distribute your QR codes without restriction • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you encode
Third-Party Content: • Some features may use third-party libraries (credited appropriately) • You must comply with third-party licenses when applicable • Background images you upload must be your own or properly licensed
QR Code Standard: QR codes are based on the ISO/IEC 18004 standard. The QR code format itself is not proprietary to QRCodico.
Service "AS IS": QRCodico is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose • Accuracy, reliability, or availability • Error-free or uninterrupted operation • Security or freedom from viruses
No Guarantee of Scannability: While we strive to generate high-quality, scannable QR codes: • Scanning success depends on your device, app, lighting, and QR code customization • Heavily customized QR codes (with logos or extreme styling) may have reduced scannability • We recommend testing QR codes before mass production
Technical Limitations: • QR codes have data capacity limits • Browser compatibility may vary • Download quality depends on your settings • Some features may not work on older browsers
Third-Party Links: QR codes may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for: • Content, accuracy, or availability of external sites • Privacy practices of linked websites • Damages resulting from visiting third-party links
Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that you use QRCodico at your own risk and discretion.
Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRCodico and its operators shall not be liable for any:
• Direct Damages: Including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption • Indirect Damages: Consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages • Third-Party Claims: Arising from your use of the Service • Technical Issues: Server downtime, bugs, or data loss
Cap on Liability: In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Since QRCodico is a free service, our maximum liability shall not exceed $10 USD.
Your Responsibility: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRCodico, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: • Your use of the Service • QR codes you generate and distribute • Violation of these Terms • Infringement of any third-party rights
Client-Side Processing: • All QR code generation happens in your browser • Your QR code content never reaches our servers • We cannot access, view, or store your QR codes

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Step 2: Mediation If informal resolution fails, we agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Step 3: Arbitration/Litigation Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through: • Binding arbitration (if agreed by both parties), OR • Courts of Serbia
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.
Statute of Limitations: Any claims must be filed within one (1) year of the claim arising.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and QRCodico.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, internet outages).
Language: The English version of these Terms prevails in case of translation discrepancies.
